Engagement/Anniversary Session

Service Description

400.00 plus tax (50% Non-refundable retainer required) This fee is taken off the balance of the session and the remainder is due the day of your session. An engagement session is a fun and creative photo shoot done prior to your wedding. You can also book this package if you would like to take anniversary photos to commemorate the beautiful journey you've shared, celebrating the milestones of your marriage in a timeless and elegant manner. This package ensures every moment is preserved with artistry and precision, creating a collection of images that will be cherished for generations. You will have 10 lightly retouched photos -Can be done in studio (no additional cost) -Or location of your choice *Travel Fees/ photoshoot Location - Travel fees will be assessed based on the mileage, equipment and location of the shoot, price may vary -Up to 1hr of shooting -2 outfits (Price stays the same if you decide only one outfit) -1 location Additional outfits $45.00 *Unlimited poses/images (no worries about posing I will help) *Personal digital gallery sent by email * Turnaround Time: 15 days -Email or call consultations are usually 1- 2 weeks before your session *This serves as a waiver and reminder that the photographer owns 100% rights to each and every photograph - We are not responsible for clients choice in outfits Style. Client acknowledges and agrees that: -Client has reviewed Photographer’s previous work and portfolio and has a reasonable expectation that Photographer will perform the Services in a similar style -Photographer will use its artistic judgement when providing the Services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of the Services; and Disagreement with Photographer’s aesthetic judgement or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement, request an reshoot or request of any monies returned. * All sales are final -By proceeding to book your desired session, you've read and agree to the above terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please contact Ebony B. Photography at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. All deposits/retainers are non-refundable. Reschedule date would need to be booked within 30 days of your original booking. Deposits are non-transferable after 30 days. Clients are only allowed to reschedule their session once. After one cancelations your deposit/retainer is non-refundable/nontransferable and another deposit would need to be paid for future bookings. Showing up late: In the event that the Client arrives late to there session, the amount of time late may be deducted from the time allotted for the session. Photographer will not provide a refund or other compensation for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival of the Client. Your session will be canceled after being 20 minutes late. Clients will need to book another session and pay another deposit. The deposit is non-transferable.
