Service Description

Pregnancy is the most special and unique time in your life! Your journey into Motherhood is one that should be celebrated and captured and we pride ourselves in creating a luxurious sessions that wraps in gorgeous and timeless images for you to cherish for a lifetime. We recommend booking your Mommy and Baby session when the baby is between 2-8 months. We do not offer newborn photography. This Package is strictly for mommy and baby. Full Price of package: $500.00 PLUS TAX (50% Non-refundable retainer required) This fee is taken off the balance of the session and the remainder is due the day of your session. Ebony B. Photography Studio understands finding the perfect look for your photo session can be stressful so to help to ease the process Ebony B. Photography offers gowns for rent. Please view our collection under the "maternity dress rental section" and let us help you find the perfect look. Rental fee is added to your balance on the day of your session. - up to 1hr 30 minutes - 2 outfits. ( additional outfits are $45.00 each) * Price remains the same if you decide only 1 outfit -Nude ( additional $150.00) includes bra and panties - 10 lightly retouched images (stretch marks, blemishes, etc.) *Additional high-end retouched photos: $50.00 per photo - Unlimited poses/images - Personal digital gallery sent by email - In studio only -One backdrop/set per session -Turnaround Time: 15 days -Mommy and baby only -Email or call consultations are usually 1- 2 weeks before your session *Travel Fees/ Location shoot - Travel fees will be assessed based on the mileage, equipment and location of the shoot, price may vary *This serves as a waiver and reminder that the photographer owns 100% rights to each and every photograph - We are not responsible for clients choice in outfits Style. Client acknowledges and agrees that: -Client has reviewed Photographer’s previous work and portfolio and has a reasonable expectation that Photographer will perform the Services in a similar style -Photographer will use its artistic judgement when providing the Services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of the Services; and Disagreement with Photographer’s aesthetic judgement or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement, request an reshoot *All Sales are final

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please contact Ebony B. Photography at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. All deposits/retainers are non-refundable. Reschedule date would need to be booked within 30 days of your original booking. Deposits are non-transferable after 30 days. Clients are only allowed to reschedule their session once. After one cancelations your deposit/retainer is non-refundable/nontransferable and another deposit would need to be paid for future bookings. Showing up late: In the event that the Client arrives late to there session, the amount of time late may be deducted from the time allotted for the session. Photographer will not provide a refund or other compensation for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival of the Client. Your session will be canceled after being 20 minutes late. Clients will need to book another session and pay another deposit. The deposit is non-transferable.
