This is our general package: You can book this package for: Family Portrait Birthday ( Number balloons are not allowed. Number blocks are recommended ) Graduation Photos Milestones Nude ( additional $150.00) includes bra/panties (THIS PACKAGE IS NOT FOR HEADSHOTS OR MATERNITY) please select the dropdown to view these packages. -We do not offer New Born Photography -10 Years old and older Full Price of package: $350.00 PLUS TAX (50% Non-refundable retainer required) This fee is taken off the balance of the session and the remainder is due the day of your session. *45 minute session *1 outfit included ( additional outfits are $45.00 each) *Unlimited poses/images *5 lightly retouched images *requested for additional photos outside of the package is a additional cost *Personal digital gallery sent by email * In studio only *Family photos are up to 4 people. $15.00 fee for each person after *Due to Covid-19 in studio family portraits are limited to a family of 6 * Turnaround Time: 15 days -Email or call consultations are usually 1- 2 weeks before your session *Travel Fees/ photoshoot Location - Travel fees will be assessed based on the mileage, equipment and location of the shoot, price may vary *This serves as a waiver and reminder that the photographer owns 100% rights to each and every photograph - We are not responsible for clients choice in outfits Style. Client acknowledges and agrees that: -Client has reviewed Photographer’s previous work and portfolio and has a reasonable expectation that Photographer will perform the Services in a similar style -Photographer will use its artistic judgement when providing the Services, and shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgement and artistic quality of the Services; and Disagreement with Photographer’s aesthetic judgement or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement, request an reshoot or request of any monies returned. * All sales are final -By proceeding to book your desired session, you've read and agree to the above terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please contact Ebony B. Photography at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. All deposits/retainers are non-refundable. Reschedule date would need to be booked within 30 days of your original booking. Deposits are non-transferable after 30 days. Clients are only allowed to reschedule their session once. After one cancelations your deposit/retainer is non-refundable/nontransferable and another deposit would need to be paid for future bookings. Showing up late: In the event that the Client arrives late to there session, the amount of time late may be deducted from the time allotted for the session. Photographer will not provide a refund or other compensation for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival of the Client. Your session will be canceled after being 20 minutes late. Clients will need to book another session and pay another deposit. The deposit is non-transferable.
