Service Description
The Motherhood Portrait Experience Description: Motherhood begins long before your baby arrives. This experience is designed to capture you in this powerful, in-between season— where you are becoming something new, while still holding onto who you are. With guided posing, intentional styling, and a calm studio environment, you’ll be supported every step of the way so you can feel confident, beautiful, and fully present. What’s Included: Up to 60-minute studio session Guided posing throughout your session 1–2 looks One curated studio setup Private proof gallery 8 retouched images included Option to upgrade your gallery after viewing 2–3 week turnaround Investment: $550 (50% retainer required to secure your date) Optional Upgrades: Additional images available after gallery delivery Additional look → $75 Premium gown selection → $25–$125 Rush delivery available Good to Know: Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 29–35 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations Clients may reschedule their session with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original booking One reschedule is permitted per session After one reschedule, a new retainer will be required In the event of cancellation, all payments made are non-refundable. Arrival & Timing Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced session time Sessions will be canceled after 20 minutes of no-show or late arrival A new booking and retainer will be required to reschedule No refunds or additional time will be provided for late arrivals.
